Admission season ads for coaching centres and schools in Dhaka

When to start, what to say, and why Bangla video ads with a WhatsApp-first page bring more enquiries from parents and students.

Education marketing in Dhaka runs on a calendar. SSC and HSC results, university admission tests and new school sessions all create short windows when parents and students are actively looking. Miss the window and even a good ad struggles.

Here is how we plan admission campaigns for coaching centres, schools and training institutes.

1. Start before the rush

Most institutes start advertising when admissions open. By then every competitor is in the feed too. Start two to four weeks earlier with awareness content, such as results, teacher introductions and class snippets, so that when you ask for enquiries, people already recognise your name.

2. Speak to the decision maker

For school-age students, the parent usually decides and pays. For admission test preparation, the student often chooses and then convinces the parent. Run separate ads for each:

  • Parents care about results, safety, teacher quality, location and fees.
  • Students care about the teachers, batch size, notes and what past students achieved.

3. Use Bangla video

A short video of a real teacher explaining a tricky topic, in Bangla, often does better than a polished poster. It shows the teaching style, builds trust and gives people a reason to follow the page. Add subtitles, because many people watch without sound.

4. Make the next step a conversation

Parents have questions about fees, timings, batches and transport. A WhatsApp or Messenger button answers those faster than a form. Keep a short page with the essentials, including courses, schedule, fee range, address and a map, with the WhatsApp button repeated near the top and bottom.

5. Add Google search for high intent

People searching “admission coaching in Dhanmondi” or “IELTS course Uttara” are ready to act. A small Google Search budget on these local terms often brings the highest-quality enquiries of the season. Pair it with an up-to-date Google Business Profile with photos and reviews.

6. Track enquiries to admissions

Keep a simple sheet of every enquiry: source, course, date and whether the student enrolled. After one season you will know which ads, courses and areas bring students, and you can plan the next intake with real numbers instead of guesses.
